Description

Ingredients

1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup rice vinegar 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp water


Instructions

1. Combine ketchup, honey, vinegar, and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. 2. Stir until the mixture is smooth and begins to simmer. 3. Mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. 4. Add the slurry to the saucepan, stirring constantly. 5. Cook for 1–2 minutes until thickened. 6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Freeze for up to 3 months. Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
