500g roasted pistachios
1 tbsp neutral oil (optional)
1. Add roasted pistachios to a food processor.
2. Blend until they turn into a crumbly paste.
3. Scrape down the sides and continue blending until smooth.
4. Add a tablespoon of neutral oil if needed for creaminess.
5. Transfer to a clean jar and store refrigerated.
Use high-quality, unsalted roasted pistachios for best results.
Oil is optional, omit for 100% nut butter.
Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 1 month.
